Jones Family Funeral Centre

I would not recommend this funeral home. There were things that our family had asked for and the information simply was not transferred to the next person so with that being said things were left out! The service as a whole was awful...from video right through to graveside, it was not well done at all.

Very impersonal, unprofessional & cool. Truly seem as though they could care less about the family & are so thoughtless that they don't turn off the crematorium during funeral services. Don't waste your time or money on these buffoons!

Recently, we lost a beloved family member leaving us numb and grief stricken with no concept of the overwhelming decisions and choices we were soon to be faced with. We couldn’t be more thankful that our first choice was Jones Family Funeral Home.From the moment we first arrived teary eyed and heartbroken we were treated with compassion, kindness and complete professionalism. Weston Jones guided us through a labyrinth of options with patience and humor while displaying a complete lack of judgement for our naivety.On the day of the memorial, we were greeted at the door by Timothy Jones whose quiet presence and gentle direction, was more comforting than he realized.The memorial, while observing COVID protocols, was tastefully done and Weston seemed to be present at exact moment we needed assistance or guidance.On the day of the interment, we had chosen to have just a small intimate group and simply place the urn with no fanfare. Weston, with his years of experience, had arrived in advance and added simple touches, then said a prayer that befitted the soul we were laying to rest that day.Days later, Leonard Allen, started the arduous notification and paperwork process that follows when a loved one passes. He saved us countless hours of repetition and frustration and advised us on the future dealings we would face, we left feeling like a weight had been lifted off our shoulders.Weston, Timothy and Leonard, we will be forever grateful.The family of Eleanor G.
