The Ambiance of the restaurant is pleasant. Food and the service is great. Servers are friendly.I tried their tomato basil soup and bbq chicken Pizza. Loved it!

Food here was pretty good but the service wasn’t that great and the place was quite dirty. We waited for about 30 mins to be seated since it was a busy day and when we did get a table, we had to seat ourselves at a table that didn’t even have enough for our group. The waiting staff then ignored us and didn’t even offer water for at least 15 mins and the table we sat at was quite dirty. There were dead flies and wasps near the windowsill and some on the tables as well.

Great views, good service but pretty bad food. We had to wait about 30min for a table outside by the water but the view was so worth it!The services were pretty attentive too. The only downside was the food, which is understandable given its location. But the beef patty inside the burger was so burnt and dried that I didn’t taste like beef anymore:(Also they charged us for some hot water but the waiter eventually comped me with a coffee.Recommend coming here for drinks / desserts but not food.

Cilantro Cafe has amazing views of Emerald Lake and the Mountains. However, their actual cafe lacks attentive and professional staff. We waited 20 mins to be seated at a semi empty restaurant. They didn’t bring our drinks for 30 mins, and our food came out in another 20 mins without any cutlery. Then they realized they didn’t ask what we wanted for out sides, and just randomly gave us fries. Their food is alright. We ordered two dishes and liked the side order of fries more then our entrees at the end.Overall this places views are great, but I wouldn’t say the same for food and service.

While staying at ELL, we visited Cilantro for lunch one day… it was a quiet day at the cafe. We were seated immediately by an awesome hostess who ultimately became our server. Bree was friendly and welcoming. She also helped us with the menu. We brought our books so we could read while taking in the scenery & snow. She suggested her fav drinks and appies, which we ordered. Then we had wings to start and she asked if we wanted to stagger the mains… yes please. So she waited until we were done the wings to place the appies order with the kitchen. The food here is phenomenal!! Make sure you check out this lil gem!

We went on a late afternoon of a cloudy day and the lake was stunning, so was the Café because it was EMPTY. Lovely service with delicious coffee and hot chocolate, but then the pastries really surprised us… they were absolutely delicious and for this reason we totally forgot to photograph them before they were eaten lol… the apple pie my husband said it was the best one he’s ever had! I had the scone and it was incredible as well. Worth a visit once you’re in this beauty of a lake!

Such a cute cafe near emerald lake! I loved the views and the food was so good. I’m vegetarian so I was able to try a few different items on the menu which was great! I’d definitely stop there again if I’m in the area. We went during August and it was just perfect!

A beautiful cafe at the edge of Emerald Lake, comfort food and amazing service. Our server Jaxon was so helpful and attentive. Must stop if one wants to enjoy a light meal with breathtaking views of the pristine blue lake .

Super good fries! This was the perfect little lunch spot after canoeing on Emerald Lake. The menu was a bit limited but all the food was delicious.

Exceptional food, exceptional service, and breath-taking views! Deserves 10 stars!!!My husband and I travel the world, we are both amazing pastry cheffs and super picky when it comes to rating a restaurant or Cafe.The wait was under 5 mins. We requested to change our sit to a more desirable location and the sweet waitress kindly helped us to move to our desired seat!She checked up on us every few minutes, and our coffee and pastry was ready within only a few minutes.We did not feel rushed, she was super friendly and even have us a list of places to visit. Exceptional 10\10 service in my opinion.We didn't try the food, but if you visit, you MUST try the Lemon Tart! It was THE best pastry I have ever had in my life and I am a pastry cheff! From the tart, crispiness, the lemon flavor to the cream and the blackberry sauce, all done to perfection with natural and organic ingredients were all just perfection!
