Aware Home Inspections

Aware Home Inspections conducted a maintenance inspection on my house. Owner Mathew Harras was very punctual when arriving at my home and conducted his inspection work with minimal disruption and inconvenience to our family activities.Mathew has good understanding of building code requirements and noted a number of deficiencies with those requirements when he inspected my house. He also noted a few repairs that are required.At the end of his inspection, I received a list of items that I should consider fixing or upgrading. Mathew also took the time to explain the relative importance of addressing each deficiency. This allows me to prioritize some future repair work over others.Overall, communications were excellent. Mathew is very thorough and spent a lot of time with me and answering all my questions.I highly recommend Aware Home Inspections.

I was very impressed with the inspection and report we got, it was so helpful when making the decision to go ahead with the purchase. Mat took the time to walk us through the house after the inspection and explain the things that he found.
