Since moving in, our manager Jane has always been responsive and helped us making the moving process smooth. We asked to be notified when an upper unit was available and she did and we were able to acquire an upper unit. The building and its units are beautiful. Highly recommend

I had the pleasure of contacting Jane with regards to problems with my parking. Jane was always available whenever I had reached out to her and always received replies in a swift manner. She was able to facilitate changing my parking spots and any other problems quickly and was very kind to speak to for which I am very appreciative for.

Living at the Oscar on Bold (Hamilton, ON), you truly get what you pay for. The apartment here is beautiful and the location is perfect - close enough to downtown so that you can walk anywhere you need to go, but also far enough away that we're in a quiet pocket and close enough to the mountain that it's only a quick drive up the street.Jane was so helpful and made sure that as first time renters, my partner and I were clear on the process. She was always responsive via email or phone. Alex, our property manager, is pleasant and helpful.The building we are in is absolutely gorgeous, we moved here in January and I can hardly wait for warmer weather to begin enjoying the rooftop patio! With luxury does come steeper prices, however, the convenience of an in-suite washer/dryer really sold us. Also, having a dishwasher is such a nice touch. I will say that this place was not built for short people like myself, having a 3 step ladder is essential for the kitchen - plenty of vertical storage to go along with the high ceilings! We are very happy to call this beautifully renovated historic building home.

Since moving into Oscar on Bold, Jane has been an excellent manager. She is helpful and respond to emails quickly. The team working for the building is awesome as well. This helped us a lot since moving to Hamilton for my Master's has been a difficult journey. The building is beautiful, quiet. Neighbours are also wonderful! Highly recommended :)
