Pros: super friendly, quick.Cons: for me, I like appointments so being told to show up in the morning isn't my favourite. They also left garbage in my car (that wasn't mine).I sort of anticipated this was coming, was that when I spoke to the tech about new/used parts for work I needed, and for a quote for the work including labour, he only quoted me for the part despite me asking for both. It seemed too low to me and when I went in to pay, it indeed didn't include labour. I mentioned it to the guy at the desk but it didn't mean much as it was verbal, nothing written. So, I paid and went home. My car sounds different than it did prior to me dropping it off but so far everything is working.Friendly service and quick but I don't think I'll head back. Make sure the price is confirmed before agreeing. The owner (I believe) was super nice.

The technician at Joy Automotive diagnosed my vehicles issue and after informing me of the cause and the price for the repair it was completed in a above satisfactory timeline with great quality and a very fair and competitive price since this is the way Joy Automotive seems to treat their customers I will definitely be giving them a call for future Automotive repairs and diagnosis

Much better prices than most shops and friendly staff. They'll usually do their best to squeeze you in.

Mechanic forgot to put clip on the brake pad. My car is making clicking sounds every time I go over the bump. He was also very rude over the phone when I told him what the problem was. He also overtorqued my rear tires. My vehicle left the shop with new problems. Definetly not coming back or recommend going there.

This guys are super nice and fixed us right up. We were in from out of town and having a little car trouble. They got us right in, fixed us up in an hour and for an amazing price. Could not thank them enough!

They diagnosed it was a sensor and charged me $140 . I replaced it. Same problem. $300 wasted! I figured out that the timing belt had skipped a tooth. The owner said it couldn't be that. Basically calling me a liar. He would not take responsibility for their mistake. Disappointing.

Definitely a good honest place to bring your car, always fair. Small place with huge personal service.

I brought my 2011 Subaru Impreza WRX hatchback in for a clutch replacement and it was done fairly quickly. Suspiciously too fast. Later after driving it (new clutch) I ended up getting a check engine light code for my O2 sensor and realized they forgot to plug it back in and it was also ungrounded because they were rushing the process now my car is making no boost, running rich and wont go above 60km/h. It was my daily driver which is annoying. Highly recommend not coming to get your car fixed here if it is of Higher-quality". The repair was for the clutch and flywheel which I paid to get installed XTD Stage 1 clutch and lightweight flywheel replacement. $700 labor charge"
