Rude receptionist!!Our doctor referred us to Dr. Minz. I have no idea about her, but all I can so is that I was disgusted by her receptionist.I got a phonecall to confirm an appointment for my son, and I just called the number back. She said 'We get so many people calling, how would I know who called you?'. How about we start by looking up my phone number?I was trying my best to work with her, and she got flustered for no reason. She was rushing me, and every time I was trying to work with her, she kept saying 'no need to get upset sir'. She started gaslighting which was very uncalled for. She had the nerve to even hang up on me when I was defending myself.That said, I'm calling my doctor back to change and find another ENT. No disrespect Dr. Minz, I'm sure you're a great physician, but after reading all the Google comments regarding your receptionist, a change is staff is definitely needed to prevent yourself from losing referrals.

Rude receptionistGot referred to this doctor. Haven't met the doctor yet, but the receptionist is very rude. Hopefully the doctor is better.

Office space is clean and kept well. Dr. Minz is extremely professional and has a wealth of knowledge and advise. My son has been in her care for 9 years now and I always have a positive experience.

I had an appointment at Dr. Lorna Minz's office yesterday and I have to say that I was extremely impressed! First, her administrators and audiologist were professional, kind, and made me feel welcome. From my initial phone call to my interactions with them at the office, just a positive experience!Dr. Minz was simply one of the best health professionals I have ever visited. She was patient with me, gave me a thorough examination , made sure I understood my condition and prescribed a path forward that was timely and reassuring. I'm so grateful for her help; I wish I saw her sooner! In an industry in need of more passionate, knowledgeable and kind professionals with great bedside manner, Dr. Minz is a saving grace. I highly recommend Dr. Minz!I read another google review on here about Dr. Minz's office that was absolutely disrespectful, vile, and extremely inappropriate. It's unfortunate that they had a bad experience but what was written says more about the person who wrote it than it does about Dr. Minz's office.

I love the atmosphere. You must bring your own mask, a mask is required for appointment. The staff has good customer service, fast and friendly. When office hours are closed the answer machine message system is not to long but all the information is there. At my last visit we were seen 15 to 20 minutes after our appointment time, which I feel is quite reasonable. Obstruction removal in ear canal is a bit painful but very fast. Good size office and Dr Minz still seems to love the work she does. I would recommend this place and doctor.

Extremely unprofessional & rude doctor's receptionist. Our doctor faxed an appointment information for my son to their clinic and the receptionist calls my cell phone at 7am and leaves a message to come at 9am since i couldn't pick up the phone as i was sleeping. Then she faxed to my doctor that i hung up the phone on her and makes up another lie that she spoke to my wife later on and that we don't want an appointment. I cannot believe who have they hired as a receptionist who LIES and make up things? Then she calls my phone again and being extremely rude that LISTEN TO ME I TALKED TO U, like get a life woman if your job is so hard for you then QUIT but DONT LIE!

Exceptional doctor and staff. Very caring, professional, and knowledgeable. I trust this doc with my life. I highly recommend.

Terrible & rude receptionist. The lady I talked on the phone was so rude that she couldn't even let me finish my message. She started talking nonsense with out listening to what I called for!

Absolutely terrible and rude receptionist. Dr. Minz herself is wonderful, but her receptionist lacks professionalism and has no sense of skills when it comes to interacting with the general public. I've dealt with her once in person and once over the phone and both times she has had an attitude for no reason with a short and dismissive demeanor. I will be requesting a different doctor next time as I would not like to deal with this type of ignorance and outright disrespectful behaviour. If you don't want to deal with the general public and people correcting you or asking questions about their child's appointment then get a different profession. After reading the reviews it's clear to see that this is not a one time thing. It is terrible that such a wonderful doctor has such a terrible receptionist.

Just so everyone knows the receptionist that other comments are talking about no longer works there. I had so much anxiety every time I had to call the office in case I had to talk to her on the phone.Dr. Minz was very professional and nice and even aplogized for her receptionist's behavior. I recommend Dr. Minz as she is a great doctor and she really cares about her patients and rest of her staff and receptionists are also wonderful.
