I can highly recommend Potter's Appliances for service/repair work and for quality refurbished appliances. My ancient washing machine was not working and they quickly determined the issue. The cost to repair it would have been more than the purchase cost of a new machine!! They did not charge me for the visit and I bought a terrific refurbished washer from them. They took my old machine away for no cost! The service person Jim is very friendly and knowledgeable. His dad, Mr Potter was great to deal with when I visited his shop to purchase a new washer. They have a good selection of appliances and you can't beat their prices. I've had my new" washer for about a year now and it's running like a dream!"

Appalling service and attitude. After five minutes of ridicule over my description of the problem, was informed that the technician 'would wear a mask if he had one, but he is bearded and it doesn't fit right'. (I am also bearded, just about manage to respect clients wishes). Then got a little boast about how the man I was talking to was himself unvaccinated. He then called our office and said they weren't going to come, despite not having told me that during our conversation. Nightmare, if I could give fewer than one star I would.

Bought a used refrigerator, never worked efficiently from the start. Called once, was given a simple solution to the problem. Solution didn’t work, when called again was told there is no warranty. Told it would take 4 days for any service at our cost. Called another service contractor, same day service, was told the fan was defective. Replaced and now the fridge works at an additional cost of $200. Should have just bought a new refrigerator.

Had a recurring issue with the bottom freezer of our Samsung fridge icing up. Potters quickly determined the cause and completed the repairs for a very modest charge. Don't be spooked by the up-front travel fee for the visit. This is a professional family business and one of few places to get this kind of service anymore, especially if you don't want to wait for days/weeks for it.

Always our go to company for repairs and have been dealing with them for over 10 years. We really trust Jim the repairman. He's friendly, honest and hard working. He gives good advice and recommendations i.e. if it's worth fixing and to use Affresh Washing Machine and Dishwasher appliance cleaning products. We highly recommend Potter's Appliance Repairs.

Potter provided great service. They repaired my mother's refrigerator a few months ago. Unfortunately, a new problem arose with this 20 year old fridge. The cost was too great to repair any further.He offered a great temporary solution with a refurbished apartment sized refrigerator (10 cu.ft) since it is very difficult to get a new fridge currently. This refurb cost half of what the replacement controller board would have cost for the old fridge.Basically provided great service, and a fantastic solution.cheers!

OMG! PLEASE beware of this company. Very arrogant and rude. Charges $130.00 before the even show up. DO NOT USE. absolutely horrible service.
