From the admin team who set me up with systems and processes five years ago to the tax team who worked with me every year at tax time, it has been a very positive experience. First, working with this company was one of the best decisions I have ever made! They are very savvy and really hold your hand through everything if you need it. The applications and Tech that they get you set up on make things so simple. The staff is awesome and really spend time to get to know you, your business, its needs, and your vision for where you want to be. All calls are educational and not a waste of time. Not only that they are enjoyable. I laugh on every call and have a good time. LiveCA understands how to have a relationship in this busy world. My organization has even adapted its client model because of the quality and step by step approach that LiveCA has with all of their clients. If you are looking for accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, or anything LiveCA offers and you go with another company it is a massive mistake. If you are working with another company and it is just an OK experience leave now and hire LiveCA. They are very affordable. They have really showed my organization what it can be like to work with amazing people. And they are our accountants!!! I do not write reviews EVER. However they are something special.
