Edited: Initially, I had posted a negative review because I had an issue with a Ryobi battery replacement that had taken over a month with status updates not being given. Thankfully, the owner reached out to me after the review and managed to resolve the issue. I finally received my replacement battery and the folks at the office were very polite.

Always helped me with my grass trimmer which I cant always start. Very reasonable prices and will tell you if its time to get a new one, instead of spending more money. Honest is hard to find these days.

Great small engine and tool repair shop. All kinds of different saws and tools and everything you can think of that has a small motor gas or electric. Definitely recommend

Very knowledgeable personnel. They open at 6 am. So you can drop off your tools for repair and still potentially get to work on time. They also do the repairs for the ridgid tools lifetime warranty. I'd give them 10 stars if I could

Dropped off a King 5!00 C Job Site saw to have the blade raising and lowering mecahnism looked at. It was repaired kwkly and efficiently, under warranty after leaving it for less than a week.. The mechanism must NEVER have worked properly based on how it works now. Thank you RMW Electric

Fast repair service of about any tool you can think of. Dropped tool off with a problem, called within a short time telling me it was fixed, picked up a working tool. I will recommend them to anyone. I love these simple no frills" types of shops."

Best service - ever. My husband had an issue with his wet saw and Mr. Gary Lawrence helped him out, no questions asked.
