Product as advertised, and customer service was too notch professional and responsive with a genuine personable experience.The Product: Bought 2x venom stand for my Suzuki C50 and Honda CBR 250R. Feels sturdy….didn’t notice any issues.The Assembly: No instructions but 5 pieces and 4 bolts don’t really need instructions. It took me longer to unpackage and get the tools I needed than it did to put them together. There are four other bolts for mounting the stands. I bought these to mount in my enclosed trailer.The Practice Run: Threw my C50 on it. Don’t hold back. Just run it up and on. The stand slid about an inch or two based on the rubber skid left on my garage cement floor but I didn’t even notice. Getting it off take some strength and the brake & spring load trick to get momentum does the work.The Fit: Like a glove. Left it on for about five minutes but this is new to me so that was enough. Back on the kick stand. While it was up, I could lean the bike to both side with effort and the rubber tires squeaked. I had to push and pull to get it to lean. It wasn’t wobbly. It stayed up leaning but I just want to see how well.The Inconvenience: packaging isn’t super awesome but I don’t mind if it keeps cost down and the company has customer service reps like Kaps. The swivel rod that runs through the back plate was missing. Not a problem. Cue the Rock Star.The Service: Kaps send little calling cards for disgruntled customers with a key chain in these packages. I called. Got Nicole. She listened to my issue and gave me email instruction (email was on the calling card….I prefer to talk to people). I spent more time assembling the product than I did with Nicole. That was just a breathe of fresh air. Who knows who you get these days and what country the call center is in. This was not the case. Great support!Plan on dropping them into the trailer for a haul this summer. Updates to come.

Very good A++ customer service, I had a Bimini that I purchased a couple years ago, I had an accident and required a replacement part. I called customer service, they picked up very fast and we were able to correspond via email for pictures. It was a discontinued model, but the warehouse manager went the extra mile to help! The Customer Service Representative did an amazing job of keeping me informed. This quality customer focused service is what will bring me back to shopping here again in the future. Kudos to the KapscoMoto team, thanks! Dan.

I ordered the Norh East Harbor Travel Trailer cover and although their site stated 2-10 business days, I received the package the next date. The whole experience was beyond excellence. From customer service to product quality. A+++Where do you call these days and get a courteous, pleasant, experienced service representative on the phone. Thank you so much Tasha for your help. I received the cover just in time for the closing of my trailer. The product quality was so much better than I had expected. Thank you so much!

Had ordered a balancing machine from Kapsco through Amazon. The machine arrived quite promptly but when assembled proved to be misaligned. I contacted Customer service directly at KapscoMoto who were very prompt to reply to my email and extremely helpful, exchanging the machine at no cost to me.Following are a couple of pictures of the original machine.

Price was great, ordered a golf cart cover off their website and everything was great. Received a tracking number the next day.The following day I received a notice that it wasn't in stock, no apologies, no compensation, simply a note that I'd be refunded.Don't trust the online store stock numbers, likely better to call to confirm.

I received a package from Kapcomoto and some parts were missing (damaged box). I called and talked to Nicole. She was very nice and helped to replace the lost parts. A good outfit to do business with.

My package arrived slightly damaged and missing mounting hardware, so I reached out via e-mail for a replacement. The team replied in a timely manner and quickly provided a replacement. Their team is fantastic to work with and has a wonderful customer service group! I will definitely purchase blinds from KapscoMoto in the future!!

Wonderful experience! I ordered 5 sets of black cordless blinds. There was a slight issue but when I contacted Kapsco and chatted with Nicole, she was able to make it right almost immediately! She was so kind and friendly! Fast correspondence too. Great customer service, great product availability, great company all around! I wish all transactions could be this smooth!

The customer service at KapscoMoto is great. I purchased front and rear motorcycle stands from KapscoMoto, and only took about 3 business days to ship it to California. After putting the stands together, I noticed some parts were broken so I contacted them via email and they were able to send me a replacement part right away. I would love to support their business again.

My blinds were broken during shipping. I contacted the seller and they wanted me to send them pictures of the broken blinds. I sent the pictures in and just like that they said that they would ship out a replacement. I will further update when I receive my replacement but so far I am very satisfied with the customer service. UPDATE.. Just like they said I received my new replacement blinds. They even overnight shipped them. I can tell you first hand that the customer service of this company is very good.
