Very happy working with City-Com. They made our system move as easy as it could be. Their technicians have a quick response time on service calls no matter how big or small the question/issue. Couldn’t be happier!

I appreciate dealing with Allan, our account manager, and his team. I first met Allan about two years ago when he visited onsite when our new office space was under development, to quote me on installing a new phone system. We did purchase the phone system from him, as I liked the price and the product. More importantly, I appreciated that Allan was professional, friendly, capable, and available - everything you'd want in business relationships. Over the last two years whenever I needed to consult with Allan about an issue or to buy something else, his excellent customer service has remained the same. I have further enjoyed solid work from any technician he has sent onsite or remotely, and though I've never had any issues, I feel reassured that if any occurred, I have a responsible account manager in Allan to go to.

Excellent collaboration! Distress Centre Halton had City-Com Communication install our new Panasonic phone system in January 2019. This system involved Bell, ComWave and City-Com. From our first meeting we were impressed with their attention to detail and their desire to be a true partner with us. Our phone lines are crucial for our callers.And seven months later, through all of the hiccups of a new phone system with three different players, their tech service still far exceeds expectations. They have been readily available to address issues even when it doesn't stem from their system.
