Stunning lake. The water was so beautiful and so was the beach. If only the had icecream stands on the beach then it would be 100% but the beach itself was phenomenal

Very big and beautiful with lots of sandy beaches, lots of beautiful access. If you're into boats, many boat rental places available near by to get on to the lake. We rented an airbnb near the lake and it was wonderful. Very clean, the water looks very beautiful.

We drove by this lake on our bus tour of the Canadian Rockies in August 2019. We stopped at the town of Kelowna which is located on the banks of the lake. There was a marina where tourists can hire boats and enjoy water sports around the lake. The region around the lake is also famous for its fruit orchards, vineyards, and wineries.

Me and my family have been coming up here from the lower mainland for more than five decades.WHEW! Has the valley changed a lot in that time.There was a time not too long ago that we relished the thought of moving up here somewhere between Summerland to Westbank. But stopped that thought about 10 years ago. The valley has become a massive mess of overpriced congestion.Traffic? This valley has to be the worst traffic mess in all of BC, yeah I live in Coquitlam and can get to Vancouver Downtown quicker than I can get from Summerland to Costco in Kelowna. Only one road in and out here.
