I feel ripped off after being charged $480 to fix a power cord I am pretty sure I didn't break. Also managed to charge me for the day rental ($240) despite finding it being broken before using it and taking it back within an hour. No demo before renting? No insurance options? feels like I got scammed - make sure you test the equipment before use
