I renewed my icbc the other day for the first time over the phone. I must say it was a very pleasant experience by not having to drive to an insurance office! What made this experience extra special was to be able to deal with a very knowledgeable and professional agent by the name of Sanmuhk ! He easily answered all of my questions and informed me of all of the steps to renew over the phone , which made the renewal totally stress free! I would recommend Sanmuhk to everyone looking for a simple , easy, and pleasant person to look after all their insurance needs either in person or over the phone !

Good place to get insurance. Has a drive through and going in is just as fast I found the last few times I had to renew. Staff is knowledgeable in other areas then auto and have even done insurance for RC events I use to throw.

Christopher Curry has been amazing helping my family through our car insurance needs. He made the initial insurance transfer to our new vehicle a breeze, the renewal a year later was seamless over e-mail, and he even helped us with requests we had regarding our insurance in between that he did not necessarily have to assist us with.We will definitely be working with Chris for any other future car insurance needs, and would recommend him to others without hesitation!

Jas Bola from Hub Chilliwack was incredibly helpful when I needed to transfer my vehicle from ON to BC. He stayed very late PAST CLOSING TIME to make sure I could get my license plates. Like an hour late. It took long because Mazda dealership made a mistake which caused some problems and took a ton of time, but Bola was like i'm not leaving til its done." the other staff was great too they had to stay a bit late and were friendly."

If you don't renew your insurance through the mobile insurance rep, do it. I have dealt with Haley for years and now it is Kellie. They renew for you and you don't have to go into the office. This is an incredible service they offer when customer service seems to be forgotten almost everywhere else! Thanks Haley and now Kellie for the great customer service experience you provide.

We had a great experience at this location with Sam as our insurance rep. Sam did a great job with helping us obtain car insurance and was very understanding and patient. He had a great attitude and made sure everything was done properly!

After a mixup with the Airport road location, I was contacted by the manager, Shelby, who already refunded the charge and said she would send me a Starbucks gift card as an act of kindness. Excellent management services !
