We bought a Rococo home 5 years ago as 2nd owners. The home is a quality built home and craftsmanship is excellent.We also used Rococo to do a basement renovation in our daughters home. Again craftsmanship is a 10+.You won’t be disappointed.If we were to build again I would definitely work with Rick and his team.

Our experience building a custom home with Rococo excellent. From the design phase to possession, we consistently felt like we were in good hands and remained confident in our decision to select Rococo as our builder. Queries were addressed quickly, phone calls were always welcome, day or night, we visited the construction site whenever we wanted, and we were granted creative freedom to explore ideas with professional advice. All pricing was fair, allotted allowances for selections were ample so we didn't incur unforeseen expenses, and the quality of workmanship throughout was top notch. Rococo is operated with true pride and integrity in their services, stemming from good, honest people. I can say with certainty that not all builders are of equal caliber and Rococo is a wise choice for such an important undertaking. Highly recommend Rick and his team.

Almost 10 years ago we chose Rococo homes to build our home based off Ricks charms and his amazing show home. Through out the build he was amazing allowing for changes to design big and small with reasonable charges if needed. Not only does he build a high quality house to your specs he also backs it up no matter what. 7 years after possession the only problem we had was the stone started coming off the front veranda I called up Rick to see if he could point me in the direction of someone to repair it instead he came out and looked at it personally. Much to my surprise he covered the cost to replace the stone as it was installed improperly by the contractor. Needless to say when we decided to get an acreage and couldn’t find one we liked we hired Rococo homes again to build our dream home knowing it will be top notch and backed by an amazing team. You won’t regret building with Rococo.

Three years ago I wrote a review about how happy we were with our new house built by Rococo Homes. Well, here it is - 3 years later - and on the coldest night, so far in 2019, my furnace stopped working!! Living alone and not knowing what to do, I phoned Rick. He immediately came to my house to see if he could fix the problem. Unfortunately, it was beyond any help he could give me. He immediately phoned Weiss Johnson and had them come to my house - within the hour. Rick also came with them and stayed until I had heat. To say Rick went above and beyond would be an understatement. It was after hours yet he took time away from his family to make sure my situation was immediately taken care of. THAT is loyalty, dedication, and appreciation to his clients. Rick genuinely cares about his clients and is there for them long after they take possession of their home! Three years ago I wrote that if anyone wants the best, then Rococo Homes is the way to go. I will always stand by that comment. Thank you, Rick, for being the kind, caring, compassionate person you are !!!!

This was the third house we built and the best experience by a long shot. Rick and his team are responsive, professional, organized, and most importantly take pride in their work and reputation. The build process was exciting, fun and the communication was amazing. Shout out to Ally who is always responsive and on top of things as well. If you want a quality home, your forever home, or just a seamless experience, build with rococo. The icing on the cake is that once you take possession the level of service and communication remains their priority.

Rick and the Rococo staff are bar none the best at what they do. They truly care and listen carefully to meet your expectations. We renovated nearly our entire home and the transformation has been outstanding. The contractors were professional and demonstrated quality work. The vendors offered quality products to meet every budget needs. Any concerns that were brought up were quickly addressed to ensure we were satisfied. Months after renovations were completed we called up the Rococo team to see if they could address a water issue. They quickly diagnosis the problem and corrected the situation. We can truly say our home is better constructed now than what it was before and we would refer anyone to them without hesitation.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Rick, Troy.Professional, efficient, friendly and all round great people.We will highly recommend to build a home with Rococo.

Rococo for our new home build was exceptional. We had other builders quote our project but Rick was the only one that showed up onsite, walked the land and took his time to assess any risks that would occur with an Acreage walkout bungalow build. The quality from the Rococo Team is far superior to other builders I’ve used in the past. Rococo was also very cost conscious, one example is we had many septic quotes before engaging Rococo and they contacted their “Guy” and saved us over 20k.
