Afternoon men that work there don't even bother acknowledging you as they serve you. I say hi and thank them and 1 especially doesn't even bother talking...at all. Only redeeming thing is their morning staff who are great...especially Margaret who works drive thru.

I normally go to this location as it is close to work. The morning people are really good ( man with nose pieced and older lady ). I went today the lady seemed clueless, i asked for a cravable roast beef sandwich I drive up she says 7 I said thats for a cravable she said yes. They hand me the roast beef sandwich. She was confused as to what to do. She left the window expecting me to drive off. Which I asked for my sandwich its not the same thing ( exactly ). I normally dont complain but this has happened more than once. The manager refunded me and charged me for my proper sandwich... i get to work the cravable is good but my coworker opened the roast beef one and it had gross lettuce on it. I can't seem to add a picture. K

Went today to get some timbits and stopped at Tim's on Frank Bender and Innes rd. Great little place, inside C convenience. I had to wait for 2 min but it was worth it, timbits were so fresh and place was real clean.Two employees very busy but nice. I'll definitively go back again.I love that I can see when they put my order together. No unpleasant surprises later.

This place is usually quick for service. Typically the fastest drive-thru around. No issues, and if I had, they’d fix it automatically without huffing. Kind and well - mannered individuals here. Always pleasant

Nice staff, fast wait times, only complaint is that every single time I go in the drive thru I feel rushed by the person taking my order. I can't even get a word out without being interrupted sometimes. I wish I could tell them to take a breather sometimes lol

I had only 6.70 cash. The sandwich was 6.77. All I got out of the trip is hearing about the employees complain about other employees. Many tim Hortons are awesome but not this one

Always slow and constantly get my order wrong. They only focus attention to the drive thru. If you go inside expect to wait a long time and have errors

Just the worst Tim Hortons ever. Always serving old coffee. Nighttime staff always making customers wait while she’s cleaning, not even bothering washing her hands. Complete lack of care. After a dozen time I decided enough is enough.
