I recently got an alignment for my EVO X at the Sackville location and the service exceeded my expectations , the tech was so knowledgeable and cool - he new how to properly align a lower car vehicle and I would 100 % recommended for all your car needs

They didn’t notice what was wrong. I had to tell them about the sound from the engine I was hearing. They fixed one problem I had ok , but they are too busy to check out other problems of the vehicle properly. They should listen for clunky , or whining , clicking , scraping , banging , ringing , chafing , metal clicks or squeaking sounds ,before returning a vehicle . Where are the good mechanics these days. I could never go back there ever , even if it was free !!

Had some exhaust work done on my Civic SI to fit an aftermarket exhaust. Very impressed with the quality of the work, vastly exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend TTL Automotive.

I had an alignment and new tires put on my vehicle at this shop. I had to bring the car back after the alignment because the steering wheel was nowhere close to straight.Weeks later I went to jack up my car and take my wheels off to do a brake service and never in my life have I encountered lugnuts that tight. Keeping in mind the OEM spec is 89ftlbs....I give them a 3 star because when I came back to have the alignment fixed there was no questions asked and they put the wheel straight. (Which wasn't perfectly straight but close enough I didn't come back to get it remedied again.) And given that customer service i'm sure they would have done something if a lug stud had snapped as well.However this wasn't challenging work. Tires and an alignment. As basic as it gets. I don't own a specialty vehicle or anything either. I wasn't asking for a lot and I will not be going back to this shop.

TTL Auto has always taken great care of my vehicle and has booked me in when I've been in a pinch and even when their books are full. Friendly, professional service. Highly recommend!

Staff couldn't be more friendly and knowledgeable. I was more than happy with the service and the cost. Could not say enough good things about TTL and will be back for sure!
