I got my wedding hair and makeup done by Carly. She was absolutely wonderful and I’ve never felt so confident in pictures before, my hair stayed put all night and I constantly got compliments on my makeup all day. She was great with some last minute changes I made to my look as well!!Not to mention she was very reasonably priced (especially for wedding makeup that can cost up to 200 dollars). I highly recommend for anyone and everyone who needs beautiful hair and makeup for their big day!

Carly is amazing, I can’t recommend her enough. She did my hair and makeup for my engagement shoot, my friends wedding and my own wedding.Carly listened to what I wanted and gave lots of suggestions when I didn’t have a clue. She was flexible and supportive through multiple COVID related changes.Not only is she crazy talented but also a wonderful human being. We spent many hours together and conversation was easy ( I had to stop myself texting her just to follow up on our chats).We had 8 close family members attend our wedding and I was genuinely excited for Carly to arrive on my wedding day as it felt like a friend was coming to do my hair and makeup.

She was communicative and made me feel at ease about the hair and makeup portion of my wedding. It was great to have a service that came to our venue which was on the Island. Carly and her partner were professional, and showed up on time. They listened to what everyone wanted and were able to pivot to make changes when needed. I was SOOO SOOO HAPPY with how my makeup and hair came out. My bridesmaids, Mom and Mother-in law all felt so good and were happy with their hair and makeup. I would 100% recommend Glam in Van for anyone looking for hair and makeup for their special day!

GlaminVan was such a great experience!Carly did my hair and makeup for my 30th birthday! She was really good at making me feel myself but also had some fun with it! She’s also a blast to work with. She had multiple ideas and it really felt like a conversation to figure out the right look for me. She even gave me some makeup tips along the way! I would definitely hire her again, and recommend her! She's got skills!
