Hiring James was one of the worst decisions of my life. He was unreliable and unprofessional and did such a horrendous job that we had to get it completely redone. In fact, the tile shower floor leaked and caused water damage throughout the house. Do NOT hire this man.I see he responded claiming that I wasn’t in his “database” as of 10/30/22. What’s amazing is that he can ruin so many people’s homes that he actually forgets who we are. This man is very dangerous. BEWARE.

James does excellent work. He is a very experienced and talented tile expert. He did a beautiful job on my kitchen and bathroom floors and the price is right. He followed through with my project, and I love the end result.

James was unreliable and only started part of the work and then had numerous excuses as to why he couldn't come and kept postponing. He had a deposit for half of our work and even though he told me he was going to return the unused portion of our deposit, he continually lied to me. If I could give him less than one star I would! Do not use this contractor for anything!
