Wow! What a fantastic experience! They are so passionate and patient with the pups that come in. My Bernese Mountain Dog looked beautiful after a bath and trim. They did a great job on her paws and elbows. Didn’t trim her ears (we were fine with that) but offered a few different styles in the future, and even offered to do a quick trim, despite being passed close. We didn’t want to keep them late. But was so kind to offer. Will be going back.

Always able to get an appointment that works with my schedule! Every employee we've encountered has been friendly & very professional! My dogs always look fabulous after being groomed at Chapel Hill. They are also very kind & patient with my 80 lbs pup that hates having her nails trimmed!

I have been to a few grooming salons since getting my rescue poodle in 2018... This place FAR exceeds all the others. They always go above and beyond for us. They are caring, compassionnate people and are amazing at what they do. I highly recommend using them for your pets grooming needs. I can't say enough great things about them. TWO THUMBS UP!!!

Amazing groomers!They’re all very kind and laid back!The salon is clean and organized.I have tried a few places and have been disappointed, I will be bringing my golden doodle here every time!It’s a good feeling to know you can drop off your pet and trust that the cut will be done extremely well.10/10!

Service is terrible. I kept asking to not have a person to trim my dogs nails or for the grooming. Overtimes I would see that it would be that person that would look at my dog. Was very upset and called a few time to let them know. Got to the salon the last time and found out last minutes that the person that I did not like was the one going to take care of my dog for his grooming. Gave him a chance. I will not go back to that place again. They make the decision for you. My dog came back very differently. He had bad nightmare for a few days after going there. The cut was so ugly. I do not recommend that place.

The groomers are fantastic. With that being said. I was told they will call me when our dog is done. I was called at 3:40 on my way to pick him up I called to say we are in traffic and will be a few minutes after 4. The response was there would be a late fee. I said why would I be charged a late fee you called me at 340 I need time to get to your place. Long story short groomers are good ownership is not. I will not be returning

Very happy with Molly’s groom.She was left with a brown spot on her forehead though.. which I think can only be a scab? It’s not sensitive for her so I’m not concerned.Full groom for a 12lbs Bichon is $85 after tax. POS system asks for tips.4 stars only because it’s not “perfect”. Will continue to use this groomer.Thanks!

Excellence in caring for our two Doodle dogs! The service standards and excellent care provided by the staff at Chapel Hill Groomers is top notch. Our dogs are comfortable and excited to see their favourite Groomer Mel - thank you for all the attention to detail in their grooming.

Our Percy (Golden Retriever / Wolf Hound) has been going to Chapel Hill grooming for years. Excellent service and they were FAST to satisfy us on a mis-understanding (asked to not touch tail and they left tail and legs) they had us come in right away and cleaned up the POPEYE looking pup.Percy comes out of the studio and looks like a new dog every time. They are meticulous in their work and it shows. The staff always have smiles on their faces and just love animals.Well, Percy is now in doggy heaven. Sadly he had a softball size lump in his chest and shoulder. We took him in after the winter grow and the experience seemed too much for his ticker to take.Let me tell you, I was very very upset that I was not with him as he took his last breath, but I am glad that Eric and Emily (owners if CHG) were. As soon as Percy collapsed on the grooming table, Eric and Emily rushed him in their vehicle and brought him to the closest vet. I arrived two minutes too late. As Percy lay lifeless in Eric's car, he was still petting him. They were genuinely sad for Percy as they loved seeing him every visit. They stayed and comforted me as I made the horrible call to my wife. They stayed with me until Percy was taken away for aftercare by the Vet.They refused money for the lost revenue, they refused money for a car detail as Percy soiled their car on the way to the Vet.They LOVE animals. They treat their furry friends that come for a hairdo as if they were their own. Sure, its a business and a living for them, but I swear I have never met 2 people that love their job and take care of other peoples pets as well as these two do and treat every fur-ball as their own and make them VERY PRETTY.I do not write many positive reviews as I am lazy. But this place deserves a great review and my heart felt gratitude taking care of my Percy as he took his last breath.

Amazing service and care of my Standard Poodle who loves going there.He used to be afraid of other groomers, but loves all the staff here.Instead of shaking and trembling and needing to be dragged in, as has happened in the past, he actually pulls me into the shop to get groomed now.Eric is fantastic. He listens to what I want and delivers every time.Emily is great a scheduling appointments and accommodating us.My guy adores the young lady who bathes him. And bonus, he's no longer afraid when I bathe him in my own home.All in all, I could not find a better place to have my dog groomed.
