Not my review, but so impressed I grabbed it from Reddit's /r/hamilton.Happy News from a hospital-based worker - favourite restaurant gone to short hours and takeout - got the hours wrong - they took my phone order (at their home! - I didn't know)

I can't say enough good things about this place. The owners are super nice and made me feel like a family member. Hiam is a lady of a big heart and will treat you like a royal. The food is absolutely delicious and you definitely can't go wrong with the prices. Please consider giving them your business because it cant get any better for a shawarma shop.

I have had my fair share of shawarma from different places and this one was lacking. The chicken had no flavor, which is the opposite of what shawarma is supposed to be.

Really nice surprise!I had been recommended to try this place, but was somewhat skeptical because I thought it was a 'cafe in a business building' and honestly they are usually overprices and underwhelming. I was wrongSalads are fresh, and HUGE. Get meat on it and good luck finishing it! Baba Tango was great the two times I had it; beautiful flavours and freshly made, with a hint of spices that makes me crave it even now (theyre closed Saturdays, unfortunately).You csnt go wrong, small business that knows how to make happy customer come back again and again!!

This place is absolutely amazing. Went there for a quick lunch pickup. I ordered the fattoush with chicken shawarma. It's a huge portion of salad and chicken - I couldn't finish it alone. The main star though is the quality of the food.. honestly I'm Arab and this place actually does it right. The toum is delicious and don't be turned off by the hot sauce it's really quite mild - almost has more of a tomato feel but also delicious. If you want a really spicy sauce I would tell them because what I got was mild (which was perfect for me).Been looking for a good shawarma place in hamilton and this is the best one.

Very nice Lebanese halal store.People over there are so friendly and humorous....lots of laughs.Got 2 shawerma combo with taboolaPaid around 40 CAD...No free parking. 2 CAD for 1 hour

I used to love this place, but my fattoush salad did not taste as good as usual. Also, the female owner who took over seems to treat the women poorly who work there. I also felt treated poorly. I asked for my salad to eat-in several times, but she would not put the salad on a plate. Then I asked if she could please leave the container open so the pita chips don’t get soggy, she said no because the chicken will get cold. I brought my salad to sit in a booth there, opened the container and then stepped out to take a phone call for 1 min. When I came back in, she had closed the salad container on me! It was so weird. Also, they raised their prices which is understandable but she looked me in the eye and told me they did not change them. I miss the old Go Tango.

I've been getting the chicken shwarma salad here since I started working at the hospital across the street in 2019. I'll admit the ingredients are fresh but the prices are getting out of hand. In 2019 the fattoush salad with chicken was under $10 including tax, less than 4 years later it is now almost $17, and the portion size is noticeably smaller, half the time they forget the pita chips on top. Not worth it. There are too many better options in the area.

HANDS DOWN THE BEST shawarma place in Hamilton. The kindest souls you will ever meet serve you with so much grace and kindness! It’s hard to resist ordering food from here everyday because of how delicious it is! Absolutely the best in taste & customer service!!!
