Highly recommend Mike and his crew. We had our roof re-shingled and have a flat roof section that needed new plywood installed and a flat roof system installed. They are a respectful group of hard working guys who did a fantastic job.

Mike installed a new skylight in mid November. The Service was excellent. We've had lots on snow and rain and all is good. I highly recommend Mike the Roofer.

We needed to replace and install new skylights. We contacted Velux for a list of certified local roofers that could do the work. Out of that short list Mike the Roofer was the only company that returned my calls. From the onset the customer experience and support was outstanding. Mike and Amber (husband and wife) were very patient, knowledgeable, answered all my questions and provided sound advice. Mike was respectful and valued my work taking the time to visit in the evening after a long days work.The work was done on time as promised and with the best in workmanship and most importantly price. Truly a scarce combination these days. In addition, Mike was able to take the time to point out unfortunate deficiencies left from my roofing replacement two years prior by a much larger company at no cost. (To the credit of the original company they were addressed promptly). I only wish that I had heard about Mike when I was looking for quotes on the original roof.I would highly recommend this company. They are local, small, proud and care greatly about their customers and reputation.

We acquired 3 different quotes from various roofing companies with differing results. While not the cheapest, and not the most expensive, I was impressed that Mike's quote included all the line items breaking out what was to be done. (One quote was almost twice the price of Mike the Roofer, so get comparisons!) Midstream, we informed Mike we were considering getting a skylight installed over the main stairs in our home to add a little light. Mike was very accommodating and came to our home to discuss options, safety and engineering considerations, and types of skylights available. I had some trepidation about this type of installation, but once he described the process and how it would be performed, we decided to have him perform the installation while doing the roof. The roof was done very professionally, and his team cleaned up afterwards very well. They took care to not drop anything in the pool, as well. And, what a difference the new skylight has made to the interior environment of our home! See the picture of the before and after of how the skylight has opened up the light in our home. Now the top floor landing is full of sun for most of the day, and is the perfect place for our dogs and cats to bask all day.Once the new roof was in place, during the next rainstorm, we noted that the newly installed metal valley now moved water much faster and caused it to overshoot the eavestrough onto our solarium. Mike came back to install a diverter and fixed the problem promptly.Thank-you, Mike and team, for all your hard work in the hot sun to get this done, on time, on budget, and with great quality. This is our second home you have reroofed, and your quality workmanship and customer focus really puts you above the competition.

Mike and Amber are both a pleasure to work with! They are very professional, and you can tell they care when you talk to them. They were recommended to me by a friend who works in the housing industry, and Amber was my initial contact when I called. She was polite and very courteous! She scheduled a time for Mike to come by and take a look at my roof. He was punctual and spent time ensuring all options were explained clearly to me. I could tell he was very caring and honest!I would HIGHLY recommend Mike the Roofer to anyone looking for an honest, professional and experienced roofing company!

We had our roof done in June and all I can say was that it was a great experience. Beginning with the initial estimate from Mike to the booking with Amber I could have not been any more impressed with their professionalism. They were also very helpful with the timing of the job as I had some time constraints. The day of the job the crew was there right on time and were also very professional to deal with. They finished the roof in a timely manner and it looked fantastic. They were also very tidy as they worked and my property was cleaned up very well when they had finished. I would like to say that I would highly recommend Mike The Roofer to do a roofing job as my experience with them was fantastic.

We had such a great experience with Mike the Roofer! Would definitely recommend! When I first met with Mike, I thought he was extremely knowledgeable and just all around a super nice guy! His quote was detailed and he explained step by step what the work would involve, the type of materials he would be using, etc. Our job was complicated because we had solar panels installed that needed to be removed and work had to be coordinated with the solar company. Amber took care of all things administrative - from start to finish, she was always one step ahead, very responsive, and able to answer all of our questions. She set a hard date for our roof replacement so it could work with the date the solar panels were being removed - this ensured our system was down the least amount of time possible. When we wanted to check out a few houses around town to make decision on the shingles, she sent us a listing of houses so that we could see what the samples provided look like on a roof. The day of the installation, the crew was very friendly and they worked hard through the sweltering heat to get the roof done. The job took two days, but Mike was on site to help the crew which was an added bonus. Overall, the roof looks excellent and was done in time to work around solar panels re-installation. We wanted quality work for a reasonable price and that is what we got! We couldn't be happier with our decision!
