My first time in Canada and first Tim Horton’s. I’m comparing it to The Dunkin Donuts we have in the States, and the coffee and donuts here are far superior. I love it. Friendly service too.

If I could give this store a negative store I wouldVery disappointed to hear a manager yelling at an employee in trainingService was absolutely horrible took more then 10 min to get my order taken then more then 10 to get my food which was a quencher and a wrapManager seemed more concerned about drive thru orders then the in store customers that were lined up out the doorNow the wrap let’s go thereI ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap zero lettuce half a tomato 1 pc of bacon and hardly no chicken at all and to top it off no ranchThe wrap was a third the size it would have been at any other Tim hortons

The service fell far short of my expectations. We waited 2-3 minutes for someone to take our order and in the meantime no one acknowledged our presence. It would be so easy for someone to say “hi, we’ll be right with you.” The young man that took our order didn’t crack a smile. And after he took my order, no one made my tea. It’s too bad that Tim Hortons has become farm ore focused on the drive through customer rather than the customer in store.

A nice location for this outlet of Tim Horton’s. Their espresso beverages are truly sensational and they really do pack a punch. This is an outlet on Portage road that you take on your way out from Niagara Falls. A lot of bikers hang around here and I met a couple of them with their Honda Goldwings in full glory.

This by far my favourite Tim Hortons. I go at least 5x per week as i love sitting by the River afterwards [photo attached of river across from this place]. Staff are polite and efficient.One of the few Tim's that have great assortment of donuts, cookies, variwty of muffins, always on hand are cheese and plain croissant well as cheese and raisin tea busicuits.I've never tried the turkey club sandwich so I had this Feb 7th and it was delicious, I never eat lettuce so I omitted this. The quantity of Turkey and bacon was really good and they've changed their buns which ate much better .On another note, their Lattes and cappuccino are made really well.

We left the Falls on our honeymoon and specifically mapped out this location to hit before we hit the Buffalo border. We entered the building was shocked to see zero donuts. I have been in at least 30 different Timmy's and couldn't believe the excuse was the night baker didn't show up" in my old state the owner had to be hands on and a backup for this lame action. No donuts at Tim Hortons at the Chippa location. Very undesirable location."

Outstanding food and donuts selection, fairly prompt and courteous service at this location, clean and organized, very friendly staff, incredible value , highly recommended!I edited and improved the rating because I thought this was a different location I was reviewing, this location next to the Welland River is excellent in all aspects, keep up the great work!
