Pioneer - Gas Station

I frequent this fuel station when the prices dip lower than Costco. This fuel station reminds me of the stations in the US with other amenities such as a liquor. I read the other lower-rated reviews, but that has not been my experience. Every time I visited, customer service was great. I only purchased fuel though so I cannot speak to the other amenities though the convenience store seems well-stocked & appointed.

The staff are lazy always on the phone the store smells and is absolutely disgusting...someone needs to do their job and clean.

The staff here is useless absolutely embarrassing no water to wash your windows no access to the paper towel rolls and when I brought this to the guys attention he's very sorry" I'm in right back on the cell phone. It's a it's amazing what they pay this guy to do"

I remember this location differently and boy did it go down. One is greeted with messy pumps, especially the diesel pumps. Diesel was spilled and no absorbent applied. Went to washroom and it was filthy, no toilet paper at all, handwash soap just a few drops left. Sign says tell us if washroom in need of attention and get a airfreshener free. Not that i wanted one. I told the attendant the washroom needs supplies. I hears a tahnk you and that was it. Looked for the usual energy drink deals at pioneer and there were none. Wow, the lcbo is the only reason someone would even return. Go two minutes down the road to Gormely and you find two well stocked clean gas stations.

The staff here are lazy and rude, they also make you feel uncomfortable. Diesel is all over the pumps and pavement and rarely ever cleaned. I don’t care if they’re cheaper here I certainly won’t be coming back again.
