We took our cuckoo clock to Susan. She was so professional! Took the back off and showed us areas of concern. Within a week she called to tell us the issue and gave us a rough estimate of cost to repair. I picked up the clock today. It works and sounds wonderful! She told me how to hang it, plumb it and get it to where it belongs. She is delightful to work with. She installed a new mechanism and replaced rubber strips that had dried and cracked. It is like a new clock. Her estimate was accurate. So thankful she took care of our clock.

We got great clock from my boss it had airplane on the second hand looked like it was going around world. The hands were getting stuck and she broke second hand when she was trying to bend it. Called Susan and she said she could fix it and bring it in. She looked at it and said yes she said she could fix it. I asked about how much she said $50.00 I said are you sure she said I think so. Came to pick it up and looked great all the hands are working great well clock is working great so I said how much...she said $50.00 again I am thinking it had to take some time are you sure that is it?
