I had an issue with CRA. I communicated with Chad over the mail. Although he put one free consultation, but i kept sending him replies and questions up to six mails thinking that he may not reply my last mail but he kept replying by giving helpful information and offering help till my satisfaction. I had a last minute, complex tax issue which caused both a financial planner and a tax accountant to throw up their hands in surrender. Chad at Tax Ninja was my last hope. In 24 hours, mission accomplished. Chad managed to get the federal government to admit they'd made a mistake and that completely fixed the problem.
