Had 6 Tall back dining chairs recovered. Tom did an excellent job. He came, showed some samples and gave us a pric. We were happy with price so he took the chairs away, recovered them and delivered them back to us one week later.No hassle, no fuss. Definately recomend Tom to anyone.

This is the first time I have used this type of service. I got a re-fabric, are re-spring, for two-seat sofas. Tom Watson and his team are friendly and helpful they explain what they are doing to it. You can also pick from fabric books for what type of fabric you like then the price of the work. After that, I got my sofas looking and feeling like a new sofa. I am pleased with the quality of the work

Agreed with Tom on getting some work done/restoration on a Natuzzi leather suite based on his good reviews. I was not happy with one aspect of the work and rather than offer some suggestions to fix a problem or resolve a simple dispute amicably, Tom and his sons decided to behave very aggressively which led to a huge argument over them trying to remove things by physical force at my home. This nearly invoked the police being called and had shaken family members including my 2 small children. In the end we resolved the issue and payment but the experience overall left a lot to be desired.

Cannot recommend these guys enough. So professional from start to finish, and explained what they would be doing before carrying out the job. Changed my left facing sofa, to a right facing one - which I didn’t think was even possible!! Very very happy customer ☺️

Recovering in leather and restoration of 2 old wooden chairs. Extremely happy with finished chairs, they were uplifted and returned by Tom without any fuss and to a high standard. Would recommend to anyone looking to renew a cherished piece of furniture.

The springs on one side of my sofa needed fixed. Tom popped over and was able to fix the sofa springs at my flat instead of taking the sofa away. He was also really flexible re availability.Great job can't thank you enough. And he is such a friendly polite guy as well. Highly recommend. Thank you again.

First time I’ve used Tom. Arrived by appointment and promptly; to my surprise recognised country of manufacture as soon as set eyes on chair. The leather chair had collapsed under my weight and needed re-cushioning due to usage. Gave a date for completion which was acceptable. To my delight effected re-build and repair within timescale. Delivery proved to me the skill of the craftsman.Delighted with work done. Would not hesitate to use his services again.
