Edit: Not sure what happened, but this place has gone totally downhill, orders are very often wrong or poorly made. Don't leave before checking your order, safe yourself the return trip.Old review: It's a Tim Hortons, pretty much exactly what you expect. Was clean and service relatively quick.

Classic Tim's experience - tends to go quick or slow depending on who is running the cash. Donuts tend to be fresh and a good selection of them.

The staff member on the drive through asked us to repeat ourselves multiple times, despite speaking quite clearly and slowly. The employee at the cash window seemingly played on my husband's accent which wasn't overly appreciated. Four items - two bagels, one coffee, one tea - and the only thing done correctly was the coffee (it was black). We weren't overly impressed. The wait in the drive thru was quite long so we didn't bother going to get it corrected.

Ordered a 20 pack of assorted timbits and several coffees. None of the coffees were prepared correctly and the assorted" timbits were only plain

Incredibly clean washrooms and restaurant. The employee who helped us at the counter today also recommended some great places in the area to check out! A great stop on your journey.

This is our second visit this week as it's close to where we are staying. The restaurant is dirty. The employees were more interested in talking to each other than the customer. 3 employees walked past me looking at me but not taking our order. There was zero conversation with the man taking our order. Pushed our drinks towards us and walked away.I heard other people in the restaurant talking about its cleanliness and asked for a cloth to clean their table/chair. They wouldn't give him one. But yet wouldn't come clean the tables. 5 or 6 people working it wasn't busy.
