I love going here. The staff when walking in, are always so friendly and they greet me immediately. The staff all know what they're talking about. They suggest new products to me when they come in because I like to try a variety of items. Thanks Valleyview URBN Leaf Staff!

The female that served me was rude and dismissive, did not see her name tag but the male server saved this sale as he was knowledgeable and friendly, very helpful . Also found the store to be very narrow and small. There were 4 customers and it was crowded.

Worst experience ever. The staff was mocking and laughing while turning my 20 year old son away for having an expired license. They also assumed I was buying him weed and wouldn’t sell me anything. When I asked why and said “you didn’t even ID me,” the young man laughed at me and said you don’t look 25 and we only ID under 25. But in my case I looked too old to but weed I guess. So don’t even shop at this store. The staff is rude and unprofessional while they laugh in your face. It’s also impossible to lodge a complaint.

Amazing service, and staff are very knowledgeable. They have the biggest selection of products than I have ever seen at any other store! and they have great price drops almost every other week.

I only do the gummies and beverages and am new to cannabis but the staff here always help me pick what suits my needs and in the yummiest flavours. Lots of options to try and the service is always great and with a smile. I recommend anyone to shop here regardless of experience level.

Locally owned and amazing vibe! This place has a great selection of products, one of the best for the area, and price! But where they really shine, is with their staff! Friendly, happy to help you find that perfect product and they have recommendations. Lots of fun and laughs always had when coming here. I made a Google account just to rave on this business.The reason I'm compelled to make this review is I had the pleasure of witnessing 2 things happen in the last few weeks. Grace under fire, the store was very busy and Jen was so calm and friendly and helpful with every single person, making sure the rest of us knew we would get that same service when it was our turn, you would never know she was stressed if she was. Im happy to wait for this level of service. Last week I was in the store when someone was being very rude to the employees about lower prices at a store in another town and Jen kindly explained why that is and the importance of supporting local, but the way she explained it was so graceful and interesting, and I think the guy left with a new attitude . Thank you for the great service. This is my favorite store to shop. The staff are wonderful. Thank you for the great service every time!
