Walmart Supercentre

It's worth the drive to hit up the St. Thomas location.This Wal-Mart has a hard time keeping key items in stock and many of the staff are rude and snooty as if a customer is a burden and inconvenience rather than what thier livelihood depends upon.One excpetion; the lady that works in the photo department is often kind and helpful.

Explain to me how this happens. An entire row of freezers empty. Not one item left. The sad thing is, it’s not the first time and it won’t be the last. Something has to be done about this Walmart store in Tillsonburg.

Not a PRIDE friendly business. Only a few stores in mall had Pride symbols on their stores. When I asked a store associate at Walmart if they had any Pride flags, beads, etc I was told they don't sell it. And when I mentioned other Walmart stores do, London and St Thomas, I was rudely told I could take my business to them and 'my type' wasn't appreciated in the Tillsonburg Walmart.

The old lady greeter ( I believe her name is Demarus) is incredibly rude and insensitive to everyone she speaks to. I have seen her yell and belittle people. She absolutely should not be a greeter. I go out of my way to shop at other Walmart's due to this.A greeter is supposed to be friendly! She definitely leaves an awful opinion of the store.

A small+ish Walmart but we are lucky to have one right here in town. The staff are super friendly.

Dont forget your loonie for a cart or you'll get yelled at. Absolutely horrible little old lady out front. I didn't have a loonie for a cart (because all the carts need a loonie now) and I was using the blue rolling basket instead, grabbed a case of water, and Pepsi (the big 24+ cases for both). Grabbed milk n lunchables n kitty litter. Did the self checkout and went to go and she started yelling at me about the blue basket, saying it can't leave the store. I asked her how I'm supposed to take everything to the car and she yelled she didn't care and I could take a cart instead. I let her know I didn't have a loonie and I'd bring it right back, (mind you I have both my young kids with me). And she mentioned security and that I could just leave everything there. So my oldest carried the litter, and I carried everything else all the way to the car. She was absolutely horrible.

Loonie now required to get a cart! Who carries cash these days let alone change???? Maybe old ladies with purses, idk. If they want to do this have it take a credit card like at some airports.

Greeters are terrible with absolutely no respect to their customers.

The customer service is rude, so sad to see the worker don’t try to help us just they trying to feel us uncomfortable. Maybe they don’t happy to work at Walmart or they don’t care the costumers.
