Popeye's Supplements Edmonton Manning

I went in and was looking for a specific item but the location was out of stock but the store clerk was great and recommended a different product. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable.

I went to exchange 2 products that my partner had picked up by mistake. They told me their policy is a Manager has to be in. The products were unopened and purchased within a week. I was looking to purchase the correct product as well. They told me all popeyes had this policy. This is incorrect. The Manning location is closest to me but I will never shop there again, nor will I recommend it. Had the person who helped my partner listened to what they were looking for in the first place (I had text the description) then this would not have happened. I went to the Castledowns road location, which is by far the best location in the city. They helped me out no problem and I will go out of my way to only go to this location from now on. I also did not get my free shaker cup from the Manning location but oh well. I would be understanding if my product was opened/used or if I was outside their return window stated on the receipt. I am sure they will fall back on their some exceptions apply"*Edited*Changing review from 1 star to 4 start. I was contacted and this issue was resolved above my expectation. Every time I buy a product from Popeyes, the service is great. The products are great, the deals are great and I couldn't be happier. I purchased a product online and got a bunch of free samples and that is just one of the reasons why I'd continue buying products from them. The staff at the Manning branch were professional and eager to help. 10/10

I was very pleased to find a good variety of products for reasonable prices. They also offered sampling on products I wasn't really sure about which was really helpful, didn't feel pressured to buy anything. The staff were also very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable, able to satisfactory answer my questions.

Went into Popeyes just off Manning today to check out the big sale they have. I was looking for protein powder and creatine. A guy there named Ryan was helping me. Not only is he super knowledgeable on the products you guys sell, he’s also very approachable and just a friendly person. Give that guy a raise! Awesome store and will be returning

The girl behind the counter was super friendly and made me feel welcomed because usually I associate supplement stores for men and felt kind of intimidated going into the store alone (which is why I brought a friend along), but I'm glad that I did!I didn't get her name but I'll definitely be visiting this store again for more Quest chips!Thanks so much for the positive experience!
