The team at Stouffville Smiles are above and beyond. Finding new dental care is very challenging. Walking in as a new patient I was treated with respect and positivity. They will continue to be my dental clinic for many years to come. Dr. Novin, Dr. Mary Salama, Isabella and Mahsa took care of everything for me.

after having a not so pleasant experience at another dental office. I found Stouffville smiles from reading reviews. I’m so happy I did!I recently had an appointment to have some old silver fillings removed and changed to white fillings. I also had a crown replaced that I wasn’t happy with from another dental office. I am an extremely nervous patient with dental appts as I had many bad experiences while in the Canadian Forces. Dr. Novin, his anesthesiologist (sorry I forgot his name)and team were incredible from start to finish. I am extremely happy with their work, their patience and understanding of my phobia. They ensured I felt comfortable from the start and throughout the appts. The cleaning they did was exceptional and the best I’ve had in many years. I look forward to getting my permanent crown placement completed in a couple weeks.I will definitely be returning to get the rest of my dental work completed as well as my regular cleanings. I have also referred my spouse to Stouffville Smiles. They are also happy with their experience thus far.Thank you to Dr Novin and the rest of your team. You’ve made this girl very happy! Today my husband and I took a big step and made an appointment with a dental team closer to home. After many years with a dentist who recently retired, this was a big change! Stouffville Smiles is a beautiful, clean, state-of-the-art office. Reception staff were lovely and welcoming. Hygienists were gentle but thorough. The equipment was impressive… like nothing I had ever seen! The entire experience was positive. We are happy we made this change to ensure continued great dental care. We highly recommend Stouffville Smiles team.

Natalya is an exceptional hygienist who takes great care to understand your needs and provide invaluable information to help you. She made sure to clean and treat my teeth with no pain or discomfort. It was such a refreshing change, quick, painless, and with a smile.

They always help me work with the benefits I have and always provide their complete undivided attention when there. Hands down best dentist I have ever been to.

I have been passed through this dental clinic many many times in the past, my dental office is quiet far as I live in Stouffville, and this one is 5 min away from my home, so I decided to give it a try. the stuff is very friendly amd the place is very big and clean.Special thanks to my dentist Mary, she's very nice and kind, tell me every step she's going to do a head. Highly recommended for the neighborhood.

Have been a fairly new patient here along with family. Every aspect of this place has delivered above our expectations. Punctual, friendly, professional staff that offer a great overall experience with our every visit. Very comfortable and clean environment that is very modern and unique.Highly recommend!

If you don't have time to read the whole review just remember, avoid Dr. Mary if you need some surgery done to your teeth. Ask for Dr. Chelsea.Here is my full review of the dental office.Positive: excellent customer service, staff are all nice, facility is nice, they have TV for you to watch while they clean your teeth or do surgery on your tooth.Negative: Dr. Mary has good attitude but really incompetent skillset. I went to get my teeth cleaned at the dental office for the first time on April 26. At the same appointment, I mentioned about my lower right tooth being very sensitive to coldness because of receding gum and exposing the root of the tooth. I had this kind of procedure done before at a different dental office so I know how it was done. So Dr. Mary filled it for the first time. I was told that the tooth will be better in about 2 weeks time. I waited 2 weeks, I felt my tooth hurts even more than before. It hurts even when I'm not eating anything. Touching the tooth, I still feel the gap between the gum and the root, I don't know what she has done...but she made my tooth even more sensitive to cold and everything after the procedure.May 15: I was seen again by Dr.Mary after I called in and asked for the tooth to be rechecked. She checked and redone the whole thing and I asked her to use the lining that other dentist had done to my other tooth for the same kind of treatment. So she did that (I don't know why I had to tell her what to do). She also commented that she wants to avoid doing a root canal for this.... (As if my pain was because of bad root or something)... After this treatment, I again waited two weeks and it is still not getting better.... She AGAIN didn't fill the right place and I still feel the gap between the root and gum.... I at this point was very hopeless and devastated.May 30: I went to the dental office that I used to go for all these kind of procedures and asked for a diagnosis on this troubled tooth.The dentist told me two things, my root is fine, he can redo it but he is sure that my insurance will not cover it as insurance company normally only cover the same procedure on the same tooth every two years or so.... So I left the dental office without getting my tooth fixed...On the same day, I called this dental office again and asked for a different dentist to see me and fix my tooth and so I saw Dr. Chelsea who finally fixed it!! After 3 treatments, finally someone who actually knows how to do the job!! But since there had been 3 treatments on the same tooth, my tooth is still sensitive to cold but it's better than the previous 2 treatments....If I had known what I know now, I would definitely go to dr. Chelsea or my previous dental office in the first place. I would have left with a good tooth. Now, even though dr. Chelsea did her best, the tooth is still sensitive because it has gone through too much....Hope my review will help others to avoid what I have been through.
