Amazing food, and the customer service is always great! My favorite shawarma place ever, and from what I hear it's only gonna get better!

Nice spot, very friendly staff. Be warned, the portions are large..like a small sandwich here is a large everywhere else. Prices are definitely some of the cheapest for size ratio. A 4/5 of the food just because the rice is not gluten free (it has noodles in it - so if you’re gluten free and order the platter, you’ve been warned).

I recently asked for a large order for my place of work and the team at Shawarma Al Mouna was so easy to work with! With a few days notice they had our order ready by number so it was easy to know which order belonged to who. They were very accommodating and the food was delicious! Highly recommend!

Amazing people and amazing food. The service was expectable and so friendly. The store is so beautiful and well designed. And honestly, best shawarma I’ve had in ottawa. The flavour is amazing and the portions are very generous. We were amazed with how good this was, definitely go check it out.

This is a must visit place, it’s an experience that you don’t expect. The service, the design, the people, the food…. Absolutely everything is on point! You have to try this place, I was hesitant thinking how could this be a perfect 5 star place. Now I know why. Thank you for the meal!

got a beef sandwich & am very impressed with the packaging, ingredients, and perfect toasting! nice big portion at regular size. won't look elsewhere for shawarma in the area. appreciate how they seem to have perfected the whole process.

If you are looking for the best Shawarma sandwich in Ottawa, it is here. The chicken is very flavourful, and the beef has the perfect texture (which is lacking in the city). If you aren't feeling like having garlic they have a great sweet and sour alternative. The service is super friendly. The decor is refreshing for a Shawarma spot.Put it on your must try list.

We ordered chicken plate and beef plate. The food in general is fresh. Some interesting items than other shawarma place. The salad is better than other places. The flavor was not as strong as shawarma palace. But it’s not a negative thing. Its not as greasy. It’s a very small local place so the service is a bit slow, but it’s understandable and it’s nice to support local business. The size and the price are around the same like all other shawarma places in town.
