They are pretty much a scam. The online bidding system is very suspicious and It showed that I won multiple items but apparently the only item i won was the most expensive item i bid on. Also you have to pay 31 percent fee on top of the price.

I purchased a product on from a Langley South auction. The image showed the product as new" in terms of the packaging. When I picked up the item the box was taped together with packing tape

Bought an ebike there and the power assist was not working. Phoned them and they replaced it with a new bike. The new bike worked perfectly. Very friendly and no excuses or unnecessary questions.

Won something from Richmond able auctions and they miss labeled it and I did not get half the items I thought I was bidding on. Spend 300 just on uhaul rental,boxes ect when it would have fit in my truck. complained but of course nothing. Another time i didn't answer 1 phone call when it comes to paying and banned my account even though I had paid and picked up my items before the deadline. Childish behavior, rude security. Won't spend a dime here ever again.

very bad experience rude staff and i had not picked up my stuff about 3 times and they ban me from the action altogether so i made an account for my wife and she works in the evening and till the night and i picked up the things we bought every time and the ban that account to

This was my first auction. I called and asked a few questions and found the staff very helpful, not rude at all. I found the whole experience to be fantastic and I had a blast. Being from out of town they were very accommodating and let me pick up my purchase early as I arrived a couple hours early.. no issues Thanks Able Auctions.. i will be back.

Horrible crooks and rude. They will most likely not pay you right or phantom bid. took my bid away saying out bid I bid more and they says I won .at the end when i pick item up they tell me you got out bid. So i tried a few more times and once in a while if it goes cheap they do it again. crooks

Friendly and helpful. Easy to find and carts available if you have several items or heavy items. Security walks around to make sure of no shenanigans. My husband and I use this service often.
