Booked taxi, said they’d be here in 30 minutes, I instructed them to text me when they were here. After waiting for an hour I called to find out where they were said they called even though no phone call was made. After sending screenshot to show no call was received they said call someone else I’m not coming.There is a reason people hate taxi companies.

Ran out of gas north of Fort Mac and the driver I called was kind enough to bring me some and only charge me for the gas + his time. And he made it to me in almost no time. Would absolutely recommend Beth Taxi to anyone.

Had great reviews, so I called for taxi and needed a van, he told me I’d have to call someone else. Fair enough, later that day, I called again not needing a van, he asked if I had booked a taxi? I said no, he said they have none. And this is all on a Thursday afternoon. Seems they don’t have much of a fleet yet. Too bad..Not a 1 star because the guy on the phone was nice about it.

I live in Vancouver but my brother lives in Fort McMurray. He lives all by himself and he is an elderly. On Sunday, I had called him all day long but there were no answers. I had been very worried. As I do not have any connection in FM, I suddenly got an idea to google the vicinity to see if I can find any possible help. I noticed Beth Taxi. It was already 9 o’clock in the evening (Alberta time). I called and see if the driver can go to my brother’s house to check on him. The driver who answered the phone said without hesitation that he could go right away. I would like to thank the driver for his unconditional support, love and care which really meant so much for my whole family. We appreciate his compassionate, kindness and generosity. He is the best driver I have ever come across. I would highly recommend Beth Taxi if anyone needs the cab service in FM. Blessings.
