Achieve Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Mississauga

I had the best massage therapy of my life at Achieve Physio Rehab! The therapist was so skilled and intuitive, and the setting was perfect - very calming and relaxing. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great massage!

I have been coming to achieve physiotherapy for almost 6 months now and I came across 2 physiotherapist here FAHAD ANSARI and HUMAIL JAMIL.In the matter of 6 months my body has been breaking down a lot and FAHAD and HUMAIL did a fantastic job to bring me back to life and get me out of depression and pain. I would like to start my review by speaking about the gate keeper first. Jasmine she is the receptionist at the Achieve physiotherapy. I must say she's is the friendliest and the most welcoming receptionist I have ever met! she was very accommodating with setting up appointments by my needs and also she always sent me an email for my booking confirmations and phone call reminders she is very organized and very helpful one of the best receptionist I have come across! 10 out of 10 for Jasmine! Keep up the great work Jasmine!! You made my trips to the clinic very smooth and comfortable. After going through Jasmine she assigned a physiotherapists to my needs and my physiotherapists names are FAHAD AND HUMAIL. Like I mentioned in the beginning of my review that I have been coming here for the past 6 months now I don't have words to describe FAHAD and HUMAL ’S personalities and her practices I would first like to start of by telling you that FAHAD AND HUMAIL were very friendly very welcoming very empathetic very considering very genuine very polite they were also very patient they let you talk about your concerns without cutting you off they listens and they give thier best advises they are also very knowledgeable they explained everything to me in detail they educated me why it happened how it happened and how to prevent it from happening again and what to do to fix the pain they not only do the treatment on you but they also educates you in so much detail that you will benefit from it in healing process and in preventing process and I think education is as much important as the treatment and I think FAHAD and HUMAIL did a great job educating me and treating me. FAHAD and HUMAIL did an amazing job with showing me variety of exercises that targeted my pain in every angle and made it better! FAHAD and HUMAIL have a lot of experience and a lot of knowledge they know what they are doing! I trusted them and thier process and let me tell you I got my life back again! I have tear of joys and random smiles throughout the day because of FAHAD and HUMAIL because they took care of me as I was one of their family members they are so very empathetic they are a true definition of a HEALER!!! They are sent to us by god! FAHAD and HUMAIL god fearing men they are very genuine and very sincere and want the best for you! I know that in future if I am ever in pain I will only come back to achieve physiotherapy and I hope and I wish that FAHAD and HUMAIL would still be there!! Would also like to add in that JASMINE did a great job of keeping me and everyone safe with covid’s protocol she made sure my room was well sanitized for me and for someone new after me she made me feel comfortable and welcomed JASMINE is the best receptionist I have ever come across!! Coming back to FAHAD and HUMAIL I forgot to mention how very patient they are so many times I forgot my exercises and I would ask them to show me again and they never got upset with me or showed me attitude they always had a smile on their faces with positive attitude and they made sure I know the exercise in the right form before I go home! at the end I would like to say that achieve physiotherapy is the place to be! everyone here is friendly welcoming and empathetic they will treat you like a family member and most importantly everyone working there has integrity and it is very rare to find that these days everyone working there wants the best for you and will go above and beyond to serve you and to get you better I love everyone at achieve physiotherphy and will definitely come back if in pain again!! I have been going to Fana for Physiotherapy and also sent my husband to see her. She's very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I also see Lin for massage therapy and she's very skilled; I wish I could go daily! I very much appreciate Jaz at the front desk who is so pleasant. Something that is sadly missing at many other professional businesses.

I recently had the opportunity to experience the finest physiotherapy services in Mississauga, From the moment I walked through their doors, I knew I was in good hands. The clinic itself is modern and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The staff members were friendly and greeted me with genuine warmth.

My personal overall experience was poor. Lack of email responses on a timely basis, documentation requested repeatedly, anxious environment and management team that is not receptive to feedback. I booked for a massage and when it finally happened it was not relaxing or pleasant There are multiple in the facility treating a multitude of different symptoms. Many of these are unrelated to massage. For the most part people going for a massage like to have a calm and conducive environment not hear conversation between a medical practitioner and another person or here's somebody counting numbers while doing physiotherapy sets with a patient. When I complained to management they were very slow to respond-I had to follow up with them three times. When they did finally respond offered me a physio therapy session versus massage therapy which is what I booked. I have no need for Physiotherapy and explain this but that didn't seem to matter to them. I honestly didn't want to leave a negative review however people can be aware of what they are to expect at this particular Clinic. I advised them that I would be leaving a negative review and it didn't really seem to impact them. On another note the actual massage therapist did try to make matters better while there but to no avail.Unfortunately she contribute to an overall poor experience as she suffers with cold hands-it is not relaxing for me to have a massage with cold hands as I have an allergy to the cold. This was my first experience and my last- perhaps I just had a one-off experience but I am not willing to pay to have the same thing happen. If you are looking for a good massage experience there are multiple other massage therapy options within the surrounding area. Good luck.

Staff is well behaved but lack the skill to treat as a professional physiotherapist. I felt the treatment to be very vague as if someone is trying to do it without the proper knowledge of what they are doing.Don't think it's at par with other places I have seen in the past.

I have had the best experience with Massage therapy in Mississauga. The therapists are professional and know how to work out all the kinks. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality massage.

Had an amazing experience with Fahad; the physiotherapist and Jeff; the Acupunturist. They both are very experienced and knowledgeable. They helped me recover quickly from Bells Palsy in a matter of only 2 weeks. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for good quality services.
