We hired checklist handyman for our home renovation. There were many items to be renovated. Bracket wall demolish, drywall installation, first floor laminate and second-floor carpet replacement, spotlights installation in ceiling, painting, fireplace installation, tv mounting installation and etc.Masoud purchased all material including laminate, carpet and etc.The quality of material were awesome. People who work with Masoud were perfect. The quality of work was unbelievable.They did a great job and in a good turnaround. It just took one month. Other handyman companies gave me 2 to 3 months estimate.Down the road, the quality of work, price and management of different people at the same time were perfect.I do recommend checklist handyman to whoever want to do renovations and get a perfect result.

Masoud did a good job in our one bedroom painting.

We had a bear breaking our back yard gate and the fence. The fence was in a very bad shape and the gate was not even operating. I called Masoud on the phone and was greeted very well. He went for an inspection and gave us a rough estimate for the labour and materials. Once we agreed on it he proceeded with the plan.Only one week after that, he was able to pick up everything and completed the job in half a day. He was on time and professional. Throughout the process I found him to be ver response, respectful and responsible. He made sure everything is communicated clearly and helped us when there were decisions to be made.P.S. after a few days our tenant reported that the bottom of the fence could have been covered to prevent racoons coming in. So I called Masoud and he went back there. He fixed the gap by adding a new piece of wood he only charged us for the material and not the labour this time. He considered this finishing up the previous job.Would definitely hire him again for our future jobs.
