Good company. Honest people. Will accommodate your needs in anyway they can.

Terribly disappointing. They had agreed with our plumber to do the excavation so we could replace the sewer line. Their estimate was higher than other excavators, but we decided to go with the experienced professionals, especially because there are water and gas lines alongside the sewer and the ground was starting to freeze. They knew exactly what was involved but only one man showed up without a crew. We had to send him away with the job still undone. I don’t consider this honest dealing. It seemed clear they were trying to take advantage of our desperation and charge us full price while saving on their own labour costs. Untrustworthy.

Very, very disappointing. Never recommend O. Bettschen for a septic installation. We had a frozen septic for TWO winters! They finally completed the job this summer going down the depth they should have gone down in the beginning and they stung us with another $8,588.00 bill! Any credible company would have done the work gratis due the pain they put our family through for two-- yes TWO, winters. Hoping this winter won't be the third frozen system.

Great work very professional. No problems with Dave and his team of workers. I would recommend to anyone who needs a septic done or any other excavations done.

When my horse passed away in February, I was faced with how to dispose of his body. Having him rendered was the only option offered by my vet, but that was not acceptable to me. He needed to be buried on my farm... but it could be tricky, as we are on a lot of limestone. A friend recommended I try O. Bettschen Construction... and they were superb. Friendly, empathetic and a can do attitude, they had wonderful Lorne here the next day to scope our farm for the best place to lay Major to rest, and found a place with enough soil depth. And the following day, Lorne was back with a backhoe, and Major was buried by a trail I walk every day. I can highly recommend this company for anything they are willing to do for you. Five stars across the board.

I had O. Bettschen build a new driveway for me. The job was completed in 2 days. The entire crew from the engineer to the onsite personnel were excellent to deal with and very hard working. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
