Amazing store with a lot of self care products. And if your looking for a treat to give yourself some love, I would totally recommend this place. They have super cool bathbombs, face masks for all skin types. I think I saw some fragrance spray. And if your looking for a bundle they have boxes that come in different themes and sizes and you get a couple of different products in them. They have so much here, I am just barely touching the surface of the products they have. And the best part! They encourage others to bring the container back for certain products and they will reuse it. And you will get a discount. (:

I always love popping into this spot even if I don't end up buying something. The staff are always friendly and willing to talk about different products and they usually try at least one before going.The products are ethical, not tested on animals, use a huge amount of natural products. You really can't go wrong

We booked our child’s 11th birthday party at LUSH on Queen Street. It was the first party we were able to celebrate since the stay at home order. From start to end the experience was seamless and easy. I booked the party for 8 children with Louisa the store manager in person and chose what items would be in a loot bag for the kids as well as my daughter. Lots of great choices and ideas. We also went with the Bubble Bar making theme. On the day of the party we arrived just as the store was closing for the after-hour party. Sofia and Tattiana greeted us with huge smiles and enthusiasm. They had prepared all of the items for the kids and had them working at the table to make the bubble bars. This was an inquisitive group so they answered a lot of questions about how the ingredients worked together to make the bubble bar. They also did face masks and lots of fun games like charades and what’s in the box. By the time the party was over everyone was excited to try all of the items in the bag as they went home. Thanks for the great party and all the special care you all took with making each person in the group feel special - even the parents! It was a great way to celebrate and spend an evening.

AMAZING!!!I want to thank the supervisor at this location, unfortunately I did not get there name, but they were very helpful!! I went to this location today, and today also happens to be my birthday. The supervisor helped me locate the items on my list , and gave me some great recommendations about the products as well. When I mentioned that today was my birthday, they gave me a nice little gift, and it really made my day because I wasn’t expecting it! Especially because I knew I missed the big sale :(. I just got home and this was the first thing I had to do, unfortunately I do not live in Toronto (I would honestly go back and thank you in person), but I just want to say thank you because this really made my day!!

The staff at this store provide attentive customer service. The store encourages staff to get customers to try products as they know you'll like it and buy it. Ask staff for samples of products before you buy them to try at home. They usually can't give you samples of bars as they are solid. It does have a strong smell because of all the scented products. Be aware of this before you enter the store. They don't often have promotions or sales. The prices are high for body products but you're paying for natural ingredients and eco friendly items.

Had a really experience here. Sophia (Sopia? So sorry if I got your name wrong!) was so lovely and friendly. Helped me pick out hair product and gave me 2 samples because I was unsure what to get. Thank you so much! Sorry if I got your name wrong lol
