To be honest, I have never encountered such a rude and abrasive customer service representative (“Alex”). I am positive the rating for this company would greatly improve if they found someone more well-mannered. He was very condescending and arrogant on the phone.

I just called DNA force to get some information about getting a Legal Paternity Test using my half sister and the guy on the phone was VERY rude. I simply wanted to know if I would need my mother there to do the test too to rule out what side we are related on when my sister and I come in. Absolutely horrible customer service over the phone. Hopefully not all of the employees are like that but I will be going elsewhere for the testing because he was very arrogant over the phone.

We ordered a kit from them, it only allowed for standard shipping and took for ever to get here then when it did ever swab broke and crumbled making it un useable so we had to order swabs off of Amazon at this point wait and waiting to get this done. I contacted them personally via email regarding the swabs and no one ever got back to me. I emailed them again to see if they would rush the testing and nothing.

Don’t deal with these scammers. We ordered a DNA test a month ago and haven’t received anything. They haven’t replied my emails and didn’t answer my calls.

We ordered a kit and received it. We did the swabbing and returned the kit. We received a call that the results are inconclusive" and they need the mother's DNA for a more accurate result. We didn't understand "if" the mother's DNA is necessary
