V nice clean best of best

I give it 5 stars because for a dorm room I got a room which was immaculately clean and modern with a bed plus soap and shampoo (which I wasn't expecting). There is a lounge for every floor like most dorms, which has kitchen amenities. I didn't use it but I saw food on the fridge and there was a stove, microwave and a kettle. I didn't see a coffee maker but there must be one? TV as well. Didn't use it though.Having said that, it is a student residence in University of BC. Therefore staff are university staff and students. Thus customer service is a little rough on the edges. But the supervisor is really great!
