If I have options I won’t give any star at all .the way the manager speaks to me .if manager say to if u not happy with our service the you go to different location .I was surprised she can not improve the customer service .all I ask her you waisted my coffee break .talking way very rude speaking in Punjabi about me while turning her face other side .I won’t recommend to anyone at my work place to go there it’s not only me it’s happening to many my co workers. Reason to go there it’s very close to my work place.

I ordered a plate of chicken and rice today. they gave me double chicken without rice, are you serious? after that they started making a fool of me that I ordered like this ... thanks for wasting time on you. I did not return the money and left them an untouched dish ... I'm sorry for you

This Tim Hortons is in a very convenient location, around the corner from my home and on my way to work and as such I visited it many times over the last two years because nights and shift work make caffeine essential.That being said almost every time I visited this Tim Hortons something went wrong. I would order a caramel cold brew and get a caramel ice cap, I’d order black coffee and get a double double etc. There is definitely a lot of communication errors, and they don’t care to get things correct, I was hoping with time and new staff things would get better but it seems whoever manages this place, chronically does not care at all about anything.My latest experience was the one that convinced me to write a review. I was filling up with gas and went inside to quickly use some of my accumulated Tim’s points. I waited being the only person standing at the counter for 5 minutes without being acknowledged despite what appeared to be a manager going back and forth behind the counter along with 1 or 2 workers. When the girl finally came to me I let her know I wanted to use my 800 Tim’s points for a cold brew. She asked me which flavour I wanted and gave me my options. I didn’t know you got flavour options so I asked for the caramel toffee cold brew. I then went to scan my app and she then decided to say you can’t have that one with the rewards and that now I apparently can’t rescan my rewards for the proper drink for another 30 minutes. I was dumbfounded, that she led me to do the incorrect thing and then claims there is a 30 minute time out for points that were never even used.I said okay and left and went to go get my car wash done. It wasn’t until I was in my car and realized I could order said drink through my app that she was just making things up.I honestly don’t know why Tim Hortons allows this place to keep their franchise or use their name. This place consistently fails at customer service, messes up orders, and is OBSESSED with the drive thru timer to the detriment of everything else. Tim Hortons needs to do a complete training overhaul and put this place on notice. This is 2 years of bad experiences not just one that has brought me to write this review.

You need to better distribute your staff. All four people working the drivethru, leaving the customers that come in waiting as a less than secondary priority. I came in and waited nearly 20 minutes for a latte, as I watched dozens of cups and breakfast wraps scoot out the window. When I complained, I got pleasantries until I turned and walked away.

Really bad service yesterday may 05 - 2023. I asked for a plain croissant grilled with butter at 9:30pm the lady said we cleaned the grilled we cannot grilled the croissant. But the store closed at 10:00pm. Today may 6th ordered chai tea 2 cream three sugar and there is no sugar in tea. Really bad service. 0 star.

Got the new steak chipotle bowl. Got a bowl with frozen lettuce covered in ice and what cloud be loosely described as beef. Steak was so liquified that it was just grain strips in the bowl. No solid pieces in it. Almost no chipotle sauce on top. So a rice bowl with liquid beef.

When you ask someone to park while you make their food (no one is in line behind us) “because of the timer” you are literally missing the point of the timer existing…it’s for customer service. This makes absolutely no sense. Staff needs education on the purpose of the timer and when it is appropriate to have people park for their food. 10 minutes later this makes no sense. The worker moved on from even starting our food and started others in a line that had formed-guess cuz she couldn’t park them all?

This location has the rudest staff. It's unfortunate that we have to be subject to their rude behaviour. They should do mass rehiring. It is clearly a culture they have created in their kitchen to be constantly rude to customers.
