From the very beginning of our journey at Twig, each and every person we interacted with treated us with genuine care and compassion. After having experienced more than one clinic throughout this journey, I can honestly say Twig was the best decision we ever made. Not only does the atmosphere exude a calming presence, but the entire care team is knowledgeable, patient and kind. Huge thank you to Dr. Zwingerman, Francesca, Elisa, Rameek, Heather, Christine, Marcelo and Rowena. You’ve made an otherwise stressful experience so manageable. We are forever grateful! ❤️

Visited Twig Fertility for a fertility check to learn more about my reproductive health - it was super useful. The whole process was very smooth and everyone I met throughout were extremely friendly and welcoming.

Dr. Zwingerman and the nurses at Twig were incredible. My partner and I really felt like the entire team was invested, supportive and knowledgeable through out our entire process. They have done a wonderful job at transforming what is typically a very cold and sterile medical experience, into a warm, comfortable and personalized environment.

My clinic used Twig for an egg retrieval and I have nothing but positive things to say about this clinic. The patient care is above and beyond and it is so evident they want you to have the best experience. The facility is spa-like, which made the process much less intimidating. The embryologist (Christine) is a class-act and amazing at what she does. The nurses treated me so well. One in particular (Sydney) was so kind to me during the egg retrieval that my husband thought we were friends beforehand. Another nurse (unfortunately, I can't remember her name) was so funny and eased my anxiety before transfer. She even did a little jig for me to help me laugh and feel at ease. Overall, my Husband I have only great things to say about this clinic and would recommend it to anyone. They made such an intimidating and sad process as comfortable as it could possibly be. And to top it off I am currently 24 weeks pregnant from that round of IVF:)

My wife and I became patients at Twig shortly after they opened and following a challenging experience at another clinic. We were, and continue to be, incredibly impressed with the level of thought they have put into making the experience as smooth as possible. The clinic is both beautiful and welcoming; a true reflection of the incredible staff. From the front of house to our care manager to the lab and the clinical team, everyone was an absolute pleasure to interact with and made us feel so well-cared for. We wholeheartedly recommend Twig for anyone on the fertility journey and are forever grateful to them for helping us build our family.

We had an excellent experience with Twig. Dr Zwingerman met with us several times and Christine the Lab Director spoke with us several times to help us make the best choices and support us through the process. Truly the most amazing experience. Everyone at the clinic was welcoming kind and made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the whole process. The doctors and nurses were knowledgable and communicated with ease. The facilities were new, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. It's clear they've thought through every detail (the slippers were a lovely touch!) Would definitely recommend Twig for all your fertility needs!

This place is amazing. Finally a fertility clinic designed around women’s comfort. Every detail has been thought about from the welcoming waiting room to robes provided for exams that are actually comfortable (and not made of paper…). Combine the physical design with a knowledgeable and welcoming staff and it makes for a facility that cannot be beat. Wish I could give it more than 5 stars.

Twig has been exceptional! Amazing user experience all around - from the admin team to nurses, twig has been a light during a time that was challenging and confusing. My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Twig. The staff was incredibly supportive and were always available to answer my questions with kindness and empathy. I felt like they truly cared about my well-being. The clinic itself has a comforting spa-like environment that put me at ease right away.
