Nanaimo City Hall
Do not blieve what their public hours are. They will close their offices whenever they want. The hours posted are their employee working hours. They'll shut down earlier or open later if they have other things to do. Not to mention the complete rudeness of the staff. Dealing with the city is one of the most miserable experiences.

Nanaimo est une belle ville balneaire, nous n'avons pas eu la chance de la visiter parce que nous sommes sortis du Ferry tard autour de 22h. Mais la ville est calme. Nous prendrons le temps de la visiter une prochaine fois.
