One of the only shops I go to. The times I am lazy and go to a closer competitive store I regret it... Too much money, bad service, not enough variety. Lessons learned! They even helped and got my Mom off smoking over five years ago. I have my Mom she's alive. I sometimes wonder if she had not found nicsalts with vape escape and had kept smoking if she would still be here. Thank-You

Lots of stuff, cool declaration however the staff was quite rude to me. Just my own experience! When I asked about an item he found it and kinda slammed the counter. When I asked do they have tap he said nope and quickly grab the merchandise off the counter no sorry and his attitude from the beginning to the end was impolite. Oh ya please install tap it will be easier for me :)

The guys who work here are amazing always super helpful, great to chit chat with when stopping in. I can tell them what I’m looking for and they are always willing to give recommendations and they have never steered me wrong with them. More selection than any other shop I’ve been in and the best prices I’ve ever seen. Amazing customer service always greet you as you walk in the door super friendly and just a wonderful place to shop at.

Came in because it was the only place open on Sunday night and Im so glad I stopped in! The selection is amazing and the staff is very helpful. The girl with the purple hair walked me through almost every flavour and didn't get annoyed at my endless questions lol. Definitely will come back!

Placed an online order and was quickly contacted that one item was not available. He gave me more options and as I was ordering for my wife I just asked to have the juice replaced with a flavor I know she likes. He recommended one that would replace the original item and because it was for my wife and not for me I declined the change so he was very nice to offer a free sample. I also like the fact they have a points system. Great costumer service with every order I have placed so far. Very much appreciated. Thank you and keep up the great service.

Extremely rude customer service they also lie about product availability and cuss out customers….great business if you feel like getting torn apart by middle aged upset women SMH would give 0 stars if it was possible
