Fantastic customer service, this shop assisted me before they were even open, I ended up with a flat tire early in the am and they answered my questions promptly and assisted so fast I highly recommend them as they want to genuinely help people out who are in a huge dilemma they deserve10 stars!

I have never met the owner before. But, I , have called twice and he has gone out of his way to search for the tires and rim I needed, both times.

Awesome service!! Been here twice already and all I can say is this place knows exactly what there doing when it comes to repairing or changing tires. They showed me exactly what was wrong with my tire and fixed the problem quickly at a really good price. Will definitely be coming back here in the future.

Wow! Never thought I would be this impressed with a tire service… Sobhi the owner was outstanding!Had an emergency with a tire valve, called around all the big names Canadian Tire etc.., they couldn’t even put a tire on a rim until Wednesday, let alone installed (writing this on a Saturday), and the cost of the tire did not include installation.We needed a tire/valve desperately; because of a travelling situation.Called Sobhi and he was EXTREMELY responsive. Had no problem getting it done on very short notice, took good care of the rim before reinstalling, double checked his work to ensure it was done right, suggested I keep the tire I replaced as a back-up, BAGGED the tire for me, so I could store it clean, and even put it in the trunk for me.His friendly and customer service oriented attitude are second to none. I’ve been to a lot of tire shops throughout the years and this was by far the best experience.He even brought me a cold water as I left the shop. I am beyond impressed with how attentive he was.Thank you again sir! It was a pleasure meeting you and you’ve definitely won me over as a repeat customer.
