First time home buyers. Went to sign notarized documents and the owner never introduced himself, parking was difficult, he messed up some of the documents and didn’t seem very knowledgeable about who can be a witness for the documents. Documents were sent to our lawyers and they had to send it back twice due to mistakes. Didn’t go over documents with us as our lawyers said he was supposed to. No refund/discount of any sort on very expensive bill ($350+tax), no apology, and no professionalism.
