This was one of the best meals I've ever had. The food (Londonliscious) was so good, the service was amazing and the venue is wonderful. Highly recommend!!

The River Room Cafe & Private Dining
We went for a birthday dinner with 10 people. The service was slow. Make sure you do not have plans to go anywhere after dinner. Drinks and food took an extra long time to arrive at the table. We brought a birthday cake and when it was time to bring it out, my daughter was brought back to the kitchen to see what happened to the cake. It was smashed in a bit on a side. Nothing was said about it or compensated!! Food was tasty though. Portions were small. Our server was kind and knowledgeable.

The atmosphere in this place is clean and bright. Actually overlooks the crossroads in front of the river, not directly over the river. They were a bit understaffed the morning mum n I went for brunch; there were no drink refill or water refill opportunities. The food was good, but weirdly hard to eat? Hard to cut into the over-toasted English muffin under the Benny, hard to eat the crispy potato thing under the salmon plate. I was unsure if I should use utensils or not (seems like you should in a fancy place but was kindof difficult). It was definitely tasty but sharp on the mouth. Weird experience.

My friend ordered food for me today. I support local and do not want to be too harsh in this lockdown situation but the pizza was overcooked with the burnt bottom. It was inedible. I have always loved lobster rolls here; still tasty but the amount gets smaller (you can compare two photos I’ve added: before & now). It’s disappointing and not what we expected from the river room.

We’ve been to brunch multiple times and it never disappoints. Options are often changing & everything we’ve had is delicious. They also have kids servings, which is great. Prices are reasonable & brunch comes with a drink. We’ve had mimosas in the past & more recently, delicious virgin caesars. Their dinner was also delicious. Location is great- Beautiful views overlooking the river & you can browse the gallery after if it’s open. Our go-to place for brunch or a nice meal out.

As always The River Room didn't disappoint. It's one restaurant where I'm happy to try something new because they will prepare it to be outstanding. We attended their New Years Eve Fixed Prix Dinner... every course was delicious. The staff are so nice and the Manager Sean is outstanding.. Thanks Sean for a table with a view of the River!We had steak and lobster, salad, beef Tartar, baked Alaska, and a complimentary glass of Prosecco.

Went to this place for New Years Eve for a set menu. Traveled over 2 hours there and back and let me tell you, they ruined many guests New Years Eve dinner. They didn't have enough food to cover the event. We asked for our entrée and they come saying we don't have any of that left. So they decided to offer us a free drink for the ridiculous inconvenience of not having what we want. Which I found super disrespectful. They then come back and offer a beef wellington in exchange for our tenderloin but the wellington was dressed in duck liver and other things that people at our table were just not into. Needless to say this place ruined our New Years Eve and our dinner plans. I also heard people were walking out without paying and kudos to them wish we had as well! This place was terrible.

We were a table of 20 celebrating a birthday. The whole experience was wonderful. Starting with the ambiance, bright and sunny.Our servers were friendly and professional. Our table looked amazing.The food excellent and plentiful, choice of drinks and excellent coffee.Kudos to the chef and servers for getting all of our diverse plates out at once.Afterwards a stroll through the gallery and plenty of space to sit and chat before we headed home.Thank you for my memorable 75th birthday!

The River Room Cafe & Private Dining
Was a great meal with good service and a nice dining room. The steak was cooked perfectly. The pork belly had a very delicious glaze and I had to ask for seconds of the bread! The Korean fried chicken app could have been a little more tender, juicier and saucy and I wish the tables didn’t have paper over the linens.
