Integrity Spa & Pool Service certainly lives up to their name. They are knowledgeable, professional, customer service oriented, and honest. They quickly found the problem leak with our hot tub and completely repaired it. Their prices were extremely fair, even significantly less then their competition. I would not hesitate to recommend Integrity Spa & Pool for any repair work that is needed.

Had a terrible experience with another hot tub repair business in Sandpoint, then had the good sense to call Integrity Spa. Very professional, showed up on time, fixed our hot tub in 1.5 hours and knew what he was doing. Solved a problem the other guy never fixed. Highly recommend!

Gavin is professional and nice to work with. Both times that my spa needed repairs he has come out earlier than scheduled. The service call and repair costs are very reasonable. He was able to diagnose and repair my spa in under an hour. I would highly recommend Integrity Spa & Pool Service for any repairs that you may need.

Very helpful, talked options and prices and found our perfect solution. Got my parent’s hot tub up and running same day after it’d been out of commission for over two years. The name says it all. Dependable, on time, excellent price. We had been told we would need to replace a number of expensive parts, Gavin replaced one small part and our tub was working. So thankful the other guy did show up. Integrity has our business for as long as we have a hot tub.

Even though I am at the edge of his service area, I will wait for him if/when I need any more service work. I couldn't be happier with Integrity Spa.
