Over priced and lots of dog and cat very little for anything other small animals.. can never get what I am looking for..always have to go into the city

The girl I dealt with was fantastic. I bought a small bird cage for 39.99 + tax and a few other things and when I got it home and opened the box to put it together it was missing the grill and had bird droppings on the bottom of the cage and in the food containers and if I didn't live an hour and a half away I would have returned it but I was not driving all that way but I did think that it was unacceptable to sell a product as new when it clearly was used. But again the customer service was exceptional

Nice to have a pet supply store in town. Bonus was told that I can have my dogs nails done on Saturdays for 12 dollars.
